Public Hearing - Bounty Development: Acorn Road
DATE: Wednesday, January 15, 2020 at 6:00 PM, to be held in the Community Use Room
The District of Sechelt will be holding a Public Hearing to consider an amendment to the Zoning Bylaw and the Official Community Plan for two properties.
Bylaw 25-301 proposes to rezone from RR1 to new RR3 to facilitate a four lot subdivision with 4,000 m2 parcel sizes. Applies only to Lot B, DL 2338.
Bylaw 492-25 proposes to re-designate two properties as Rural Residential from existing Multifamily/Mixed Residential. Applies to Lot B and Lot 4.
